  Vida Gholami   pearl_Pic
Vida Gholami is a research scientist in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering at West Virginia University. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Petroleum Engineering from Petroleum University of Technology. She worked for National Iranian Oil Company for two years before going back to school. She received a M.Sc. in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from West Virginia University in 2009 where she currently is pursuing her Ph.D. 
During the last 4 years, Vida has worked on several research projects related to application of Artificial Intelligence and Data Mining (AI&DM) in the petroleum industry. Her current projects deals with reservoir engineering aspects of CO2 sequestration based EOR using AI&DM.
